Organisation
Code of Conduct
1. Respect and Integrity
Every member must treat others with respect, regardless of their role, rank, skill level, popularity, or achievements. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
2. Professional Behaviour
All members must maintain professional behaviour when representing AXIONGG, whether in tournaments, online games, livestreams, social media, Discord, or public interactions.
3. Communication
Members must communicate clearly, honestly, and respectfully. Disagreements must be handled calmly and privately where appropriate, rather than through public arguments or unnecessary drama.
4. Competitive Integrity
Competitive members must follow all game and tournament rules. Cheating, match-fixing, unauthorised exploits, collusion, and deliberate manipulation of competitive results are prohibited.
5. Content Integrity
Content creators must respect copyright, obtain necessary permissions, and avoid fake engagement, stolen content, misleading claims, and content that deliberately damages the organisation or its members.
6. Teamwork and Collaboration
Members are expected to support one another, contribute positively to the organisation, and cooperate with reasonable team activities and agreed responsibilities.
7. Accountability
Every member is responsible for their own actions. Being a high-performing player, popular creator, staff member, or manager does not exempt anyone from these standards.
8. Confidentiality
Private conversations, internal documents, contracts, unreleased plans, personal information, and confidential organisational matters must not be shared without proper authorisation.
9. Conflicts of Interest
Members must disclose relevant conflicts of interest to management. No member may misuse their position, authority, or access to benefit themselves unfairly at the expense of AXIONGG or its members.
10. Fair Treatment
AXIONGG is committed to fair treatment. Main and substitute players must follow the same conduct standards, and decisions should be based on established criteria rather than personal relationships or favouritism.
11. Responsible Use of Organisation Platforms
Members must use AXIONGG accounts, Discord servers, equipment, and other resources responsibly. Unauthorised access, misuse of accounts, and deliberate damage to organisational resources are prohibited.
12. Public Representation
Members must not falsely claim to speak officially on behalf of AXIONGG. Official announcements, partnerships, statements, and commitments must be authorised by the appropriate management.
13. Reporting Misconduct
Members are encouraged to report serious misconduct, harassment, cheating, or other breaches to management. Reports must be handled fairly, confidentially where possible, and without retaliation against people who raise concerns in good faith.
14. Compliance
All members must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, tournament rules, organisational policies, and legitimate contractual obligations.
15. Consequences and Enforcement
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in a formal warning, removal from an activity, suspension, loss of organisational privileges, roster removal, or termination of membership or engagement, depending on the seriousness and circumstances. Serious allegations must be reviewed fairly before a final decision is made, except where immediate temporary action is necessary to protect members or the organisation.
16. Agreement
By joining or continuing to participate in AXIONGG, members are expected to understand and follow this Code of Conduct. Questions or concerns should be directed to the appropriate management representative.
Our standard
Respect everyone. Compete fairly. Create responsibly. Communicate honestly. Represent AXIONGG with integrity.
