Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in AXIONGG, including its competitive esports division, content creation division, community platforms, events, and other organisational activities. By accepting membership or participating in AXIONGG activities, members agree to follow these terms and the applicable organisational policies.

2. Membership

Membership is subject to AXIONGG’s approval and any applicable role-specific requirements. Members must provide accurate information during recruitment and notify management of material changes that affect their membership or responsibilities. AXIONGG may establish separate requirements for competitive players, substitute players, content creators, staff, and management.

3. Organisational Policies

All members must comply with the following: • General Rules. • Code of Conduct. • Privacy Policy. • Role-specific requirements. • Applicable game, platform, and tournament rules. • Any valid agreements accepted by the member. Where policies conflict, applicable law and any enforceable written agreement take precedence over inconsistent internal rules.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

Members are responsible for fulfilling the reasonable responsibilities associated with their roles. Competitive players must follow agreed competitive schedules and team requirements. Content creators must follow their agreed content commitments. Staff and management must carry out their responsibilities fairly and professionally. Role changes and roster decisions will be made according to the organisation’s established criteria.

5. Performance and Evaluation

AXIONGG may review participation, activity, performance, reliability, conduct, and compliance with agreed requirements. Performance reviews may inform roster placement, recognition, rewards, continued membership, and opportunities within the organisation. Evaluation criteria should be communicated clearly, applied fairly, and updated with reasonable notice.

6. Rewards and Payments

Any rewards, payments, bonuses, or other benefits must be governed by the applicable written arrangement. Eligibility, amounts, payment schedules, performance criteria, and any conditions must be communicated before the relevant commitment is made. These terms do not remove any payment, employment, or other legal obligations that apply under Australian law.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

Members retain ownership of content and intellectual property they create unless a separate valid written agreement provides otherwise. Members grant AXIONGG permission to use their name, gaming username, approved likeness, and submitted content for organisational promotion only to the extent agreed with them. Ownership, licensing, revenue sharing, editing rights, and use of content after a member leaves should be addressed in a separate written agreement where necessary. Members must not use third-party material unlawfully or represent another person’s work as their own.

8. Organisation Assets and Accounts

AXIONGG accounts, equipment, logos, branding, and other organisational assets must be used responsibly and only as authorised. Members must not share credentials, transfer ownership, or make unauthorised changes to organisational accounts. Any organisation-owned equipment must be returned in accordance with the applicable equipment agreement when requested or when membership ends.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Members must protect confidential organisational information and respect the privacy of other members. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the AXIONGG Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Conflicts and Disputes

Members should raise disputes or concerns with the appropriate management representative. AXIONGG will aim to address complaints fairly, consider relevant information, and give affected members a reasonable opportunity to respond before making significant disciplinary decisions, except where immediate protective action is necessary.

11. Suspension and Termination

AXIONGG may issue warnings, restrict access, suspend participation, change roster placement, or end membership where justified by misconduct, serious policy breaches, or repeated failure to meet agreed requirements. The response should be proportionate to the circumstances. Any separate contract, applicable law, and required procedures must be respected.

12. Voluntary Departure

Members may request to leave AXIONGG in accordance with any applicable membership agreement or contract. Departing members must return organisational property, protect confidential information, and complete any outstanding responsibilities that they are legally or contractually required to fulfil. Leaving the organisation does not automatically transfer ownership of a member’s personal accounts or content to AXIONGG.

13. Changes to These Terms

AXIONGG may update these terms as its operations develop. Material changes will be communicated to members, with reasonable notice where appropriate. Changes will not automatically override existing contractual rights or obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These terms are intended to operate in accordance with the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, and relevant Commonwealth legislation.

16. Acceptance

Members should be given access to these terms before being asked to accept them. Acceptance may be recorded electronically or in writing, as appropriate. For members under 18, any required parent or guardian consent and applicable contractual safeguards must be obtained.

AXIONGG standard

Every member is expected to act with integrity, fulfil agreed responsibilities, respect others, and contribute positively to the organisation.
