AXIONGG respects the privacy of its members and is committed to handling personal information responsibly, securely, and transparently.
2. Collection of Personal Information
AXIONGG may collect information reasonably necessary to manage the organisation, including: • Name, username, and preferred contact details. • Email address and Discord username. • Gaming usernames, competitive statistics, and tournament results. • Content creator profiles, public performance metrics, and social media links. • Availability, participation records, and membership information. • Payment details where necessary for authorised rewards or payments. AXIONGG will explain why information is collected and avoid collecting information that is not reasonably necessary.
3. Use of Information
Personal information may be used to: • Manage membership, recruitment, and team rosters. • Organise tournaments, practices, events, and content collaborations. • Review agreed performance and participation requirements. • Administer contracts, rewards, and payments. • Communicate important organisational updates. • Protect the security and integrity of AXIONGG. Information will not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.
4. Confidentiality
Members must not disclose another member’s private information without authorisation. This includes personal contact details, home addresses, private messages, financial information, and confidential documents.
5. Access to Information
Access to personal information will be limited to authorised people who need it for legitimate organisational responsibilities. Members should not access, copy, download, or distribute private records unless authorised to do so.
6. Public Content and Statistics
AXIONGG may publish members’ gaming usernames, approved photographs, videos, tournament results, and agreed promotional content. Private personal information will not be published without appropriate authorisation. Members should be informed about how their images, usernames, and content may be used when joining or participating in official activities.
7. Content and Recording
Livestreams, recordings, screenshots, and clips created during organisational activities may include members’ voices, usernames, gameplay, or images. Members must respect consent, applicable laws, platform rules, and other people’s privacy when recording or publishing content. Private conversations must not be shared publicly without appropriate permission.
8. Data Security
AXIONGG will take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Members responsible for organisational accounts or records must use appropriate security measures and promptly report suspected data breaches.
9. Sharing Information
Personal information will not be sold. It may be shared with authorised service providers, tournament organisers, payment providers, or other parties when necessary for legitimate organisational purposes and permitted by applicable law. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address a serious safety or security concern.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
AXIONGG will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations. Members may request access to or correction of their personal information and may request deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.
11. Minors
AXIONGG will take additional care when handling information relating to members under 18. Where required, appropriate parent or guardian consent will be obtained, particularly for contracts, payments, publicity, and the collection of sensitive information.
12. Privacy Breaches
Any suspected unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or misuse of personal information must be reported to AXIONGG management promptly. Appropriate steps will be taken to investigate, contain, and address the incident.

AXIONGG may update this policy as the organisation grows. Members will be notified of material changes where appropriate.
